Best Rapper Should Have Been Either Myself Or Paedae, Not Sarkodie – E.L.

vgmaProducer and rapper, Elorm Adablah known in showbiz circles as E.L has voiced out his disappointment for not winning the Rapper of the year award at the recently held Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

E.L who won five awards on the night; Best Music Video Of The Year, Producer Of The Year, Hip-life/Hip-Hop Artiste Of The Year, Afro-pop Song Of The Year and the ultimate Artiste Of The Year says he should have won the Best Rapper category too.

In an exclusive interview on “The Profiler” on Hitz FM according to MyJoyOnline, E.L stated that he felt either himself or R2Bees’ Paedae should have won the award which went to BET award winner, Sarkodie.

He explained that even though he respects Sarkodie and his talent, the Nineteen Ninety song by Paedae was a great song and should have won him the award.

“Best Rapper Of The Year award should have gone to either Paedae or myself. I honestly thought that award was going to either me or Paedae. .

When his ‘Nineteen Ninety’ track dropped it was wildfire. I just felt it could have swung our way but that doesn’t take away from the genius artiste Sarkodie,” he said.
